You can book your appointment directly through our online booking platform, Fresha under ‘Book Appointment’. Simply select your preferred service, stylist, date and time. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred appointment slot.

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome, subject to stylist availability. However, we recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment, especially for services that require more time.

Yes. A 30% deposit is required for all services and all clients to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your service, so you'll only need to pay the remaining balance at your appointment.

We understand that plans can change! Our cancellation policy applies to all clients and services.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment: Your 30% deposit is fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: Your deposit is non-refundable.
No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without cancelling will be charged 100% of the total appointment value, inclusive of the deposit already paid.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can offer your appointment slot to another client.

Depending on how late you arrive and our schedule for the day, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. Any applicable cancellation or no-show charges will be determined in accordance with our booking policy.

Absolutely! At Iconique, we specialise in textured hair, including natural, relaxed, curly, coily and loc'd hair. We also welcome clients with straight and wavy hair. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, professional hair care tailored to your individual hair needs.

At Iconique, we offer the full hair care experience, from takedowns and detangling to washing, treatments and styling. There's no need to arrive with freshly washed hair.
Simply add a wash or any other preparation services you need when booking your appointment, and we'll take care of the rest.
